Dr Alastair MacLean presenting the above topics in one hour blocks.

Sim is based on previous case with side discussions on managing problems raised and Case is a young Maori girl with first ever episode of psychosis and refusing any investigations and therapy but with self induced stab wounds to the chest.

All presentations are 1 hour and have been edited to (hopefully) remove all patient identifiers. It was originally as a whole 4 hour block so please forgive lapses.
